Donald Trump Pledges to Keep Cryptocurrency Industry in the US

Donald Trump, former President of the United States and candidate for the 2024 election, has reaffirmed his support for the cryptocurrency world. In a critique of current President Joe Biden, Trump said, “He doesn’t even know what cryptocurrency is.”

Having previously been a critic of cryptocurrencies, Trump has shifted his stance since leaving office. He has even expressed his willingness to accept cryptocurrency donations during his campaign.

During a meeting with investors who purchased his NFTs, Trump promised to make crypto donations feasible. “If you can’t donate cryptocurrency now, I’ll make it possible. I will allow cryptocurrency donations for purchases,” he stated.

In a speech to recipients of his NFTs, Trump reiterated his critique of Biden: “He doesn’t even know what cryptocurrency is… If you like any cryptocurrency, you should vote for Trump. Listen, when we launched NFTs, there was no interest in the world of NFTs. But we made NFTs interesting again.”

Trump also criticized the Biden administration’s anti-cryptocurrency policies, emphasizing that he would prevent the industry from moving outside the US. “Their hostile attitude is wrong. If we’re to support the cryptocurrency sector, we first need to ensure they stay in the United States,” Trump declared.
